There is nothing he loves more than seeing a white belt grow through the martial arts and eventually make it to black belt. Sensei Schroeder enjoys teaching Karate and seeing students grow in the martial arts.

Mr. Russum has been training karate with the Shuri School of Karate-Do for 10 years. In April of 2022, Mr. Russum was promoted to the rank of Shodan. In September of 2022, he started his career in the United States Marine Corps for which he currently serves as a Military Police Officer. During his time in the Corps, Mr. Russum has graduated with a Bachelors degree in Forensic Psychology and a certificate in Military Police Investigations.
Mr. Russum loves the training and teaching the way of empty hand (Karate). He cherishes the kinship that he has developed with his fellow karate-ka. He looks forward to returning to the dojo following the conclusion of his military contract and pursuing a career in nursing.

Ms. Hannah Williams has been training karate for 11 years. She earned her 1st degree black belt in May 2025. Hannah also plays the Trombone and Oboe in the Atlantic High School Band. She has plans to become a teacher when she graduates. Miss Hannah is passionate about helping others to learn and grow in the karate discipline.
